To pay its debts, Dharan Infra-EPC and the Central Bank of India have reached a one-time settlement (OTS) with Rs 4.30 crore was the total settlement package. As part of the agreement, the corporation paid Rs 43 lakh (10%) in advance on July 28, 2025.
