A day after reports surfaced of an astonishing sum credited to a Noida mans deceased mothers bank account, Kotak Mahindra Bank has stepped forward to clarify the situation. The bank dismissed claims of a technical glitch causing the astronomical balance and has advised its customers to use the banks mobile app or net banking services for checking account balances.
