HDFC Bank subsidiary HDB Financial Services IPO, HDB Financial Share Price Updates: Shares of HDB Financial Services extended gains on Thursday after listing at 13% premium on Wednesday against the IPO price of ₹740. The stock soared to ₹890 level and ended at ₹865 level. On Wednesday, HDFC Bank informed the exchange about the sale of 13.51 crore shares of face value of ₹10 each of HDB Financial Services in the IPO, post which the shareholding of the Bank in HDBFS has reduced to 74.19% of its total paid-up equity share capital.
