At around 9:55 am, shares of Voltas were trading 5.86% lower at Rs 1,227.35.  The company reported a steep 58% year-on-year drop in net profit to Rs 140.6 crore, weighed down by unseasonal weather and subdued summer demand impacting air conditioner sales.
